Meals at the Resort are an experience to be remembered.  Many of the meals are derived from local recipes although you can expect to see international fusion dishes from Asia, Europe and Latin America. Many of the dishes feature fresh local delicacies such as prawns, oysters, octopus, clams, salmon, cod, snapper, crab, shark, berries, mushrooms, fruits and vegetables. In fact, if you purchase a fishing license you may find yourself as an active participant in the process of harvesting what goes into the pot for your dinner!
